About Me

Hi, my name is Harleen and I go by the name bodyfulmindful2point0. 

When I initially came up with the idea of bodyfulmindful I was intending to create an account that showed the importance of taking care of both the body and the mind. The body and the mind are 2 points that have to work together to be at their strongest. 

You can train for a strong body but without a strong mind to pair it, you may get held back by a lack of belief in yourself, fear of failure or feeling demotivated. You can train your mind but without fitness you may be hindered by fatigue, reduced resilience to illness and difficulty managing stress. You need both a fit body and mind to enhance your wellness. 

I was someone who used to struggle with feeling confident in my own skin and someone who was afraid to face my own demons. Working out has saved my life on more instances than one. I want to be able to share that experience with others. I want to provide a non-judgemental space for you to discover what fitness means to you (both mentally and physically), so that you too can find solace in the weights.
